Madal Bal Natural Tree Syrup
Madal Bal Natural Tree syrup is catalogued as food (perishable) and by directive is therefore non refundable.
In the event that there is a manufacturing fault with product (this must be agreed by PNP and the manufacturers before a return can be made) or the packaging tin is dented on arrival making it unsuitable for sale, the product will be replaced, but not refunded.
In either case please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the product and we will collect the damaged or faulty goods. Goods being returned must be in their original packaging and damaged tins returned unopened. Once the goods have been received and checked by PNP, we will replace them at no additional cost to the retailer.
Please note that no responsibility will be accepted for damaged or missing items that have been signed for with the courier / haulier as received in good condition. If goods arrive in a damaged condition it is the responsibility of the retailer to make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment form.
If the retailer is not able to check the contents of the delivery on receipt, the delivery must be signed for with the courier / haulier as ‘unchecked’. It is then the responsibility of the retailer to advise PNP of any damaged tins within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days replacement will be made.
Returns from customers to retailers will not be refunded or replaced by Pure Natural Products unless the problem is a genuine manufacturing fault agreed by us / the manufacturer. In this instance PNP will collect the faulty goods, make an assessment and then a replacement will be sent to the retailer. It is therefore entirely at the retailer’s discretion to replace or refund returned goods to their customers for any other reason
